The adventurer’s trial early access guide
Release and price

The Adventurer's Trial is currently in Early Access on Steam, developed and published by HY Studio. The store page still lists the release date as "Coming soon" and the price as TBA, so the final launch window and full-release pricing have not been locked down yet.
The game is tagged with the Action,Adventure,Indie, and Early Access genres on Steam. Since this is an Early Access title, the current build represents the foundation for the full version rather than the finished product.
- Developer and publisher: HY Studio
- Current status: Available in Early Access on Steam
- Full release: Listed as "Coming soon"
- Price: TBA
- Platform: PC on Steam with Windows 10 64-bit
Since the price is still TBA, wishlist the game on Steam so you get a notification when HY Studio announces the Early Access cost or a launch discount.
What is in EA now
The current Early Access build centers on a pixel-art sandbox loop: explore, build, mine, farm, and challenge epic bosses in top-down action. The entire experience can be played solo or with up to 3 friends, giving you a full 4-player party when you cooperate.
Every adventurer must face the Trial: a boundless pixel-art sandbox where you can explore, build, mine, farm, and challenge epic bosses.
Steam categories confirm the features available right now:
- Single-player and multiplayer: play alone or together
- Co-op: up to 3 friends in a session
- LAN Co-op: local network play is supported
- Family Sharing: the EA copy can be shared with family accounts
The build currently has no Steam achievements, so there are no achievement milestones to chase yet. There is also no separate demo; Early Access access is through the store entry itself.
The system requirements for this EA build are modest, though a 64-bit processor and OS are required:
- Minimum: Intel Core i3-2100, 4 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 430, 10 GB storage
- Recommended: Intel Core i5-6500, 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 10 GB storage
Co-op and LAN play are already in the EA build, so you can treat this as a multiplayer sandbox from day one instead of waiting for a later content update.
What is planned
HY Studio has not published a detailed roadmap, but the store page treats the current Early Access phase as the base for future updates. The full release is listed as "Coming soon", which points toward a 1.0 launch rather than a prolonged multi-year Early Access period.
Based on what the EA already includes, you can reasonably expect planned development to focus on:
- Expanded sandbox content: more building, farming, mining, and boss encounters as the Trial world grows
- Combat and progression tuning: balance changes driven by player feedback
- Final pricing: the current TBA price will later be replaced with set Early Access and full-release prices
Risks and expectations
Buying an Early Access sandbox means accepting that the game will keep changing. Before you commit, weigh these realities:
- Price is not final: no official Early Access or full-release cost has been confirmed yet.
- No achievements yet: the current build ships with zero Steam achievements.
- Release window is vague:"Coming soon" is the only official date guidance.
- Requirements can shift: these specs may go up as the game grows.
If you want a polished, complete release with a set price, wait until HY Studio announces a concrete 1.0 date. If
